What size should I order?

We first recommend measuring your foot and referring to our size guide for the best fit. If you do fall between two sizes we always recommend to size up.

How do I care for my Stitched products?

Is your footwear waterproof/water resistant?

Some finishes are water resistant when waxed or treated. All finishes should be appropriately protected if expected to be exposed to repeat wet environments.

Do you offer narrower/wider sizes?

We offer wider solutions for all shoe models. Several shoes models we offer x2 and x3 width options. These options are available in our custom design tool.

Where are Stitched Leather goods made?


What type of leather do you use?

We have partnered with a new century-old tannery in Italy, that provides one of the best high-grade full grain Box calf leathers we have encountered so far. Their main source is a specific and distinguished calf breed, which has gained in popularity with top luxury brands over the last 20 years.

Are your shoes resoleable?

Yes! All of our shoes resoleable. We do not presently ovver sobler services but there are many local options in most major markets who can resole both our cup sole and Goodyear welted shoes.


In stock items will ship out within 2-3 business days. You can order any of our out of stock or custom designs "Made To Order" which on average will arrive in 30-45 days, dependent on holidays.


How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your exchange/return policy?

We do accept exchanges and returns. Products must not show wear and we do not cover return postage. Please reach out to to submit an exchange or return.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes inside the continental United States.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes! Please reach out via email with your credentials and we will supply a discount code!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship domestic within in the United States.

Can I change my order after itโ€™s been placed?

Please reach out within 12 hours from the time the order has been placed to

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we offer installment payments through our "ShopPay" solution available at checkout for up to four(4) installments.

I made a return, when should I expect my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the return, fund will be processed and you will see them within 5-7 business days.


If you receive your order and it is damaged or not the correct order please contact us. All you need to do is show us the damage or error within 48 hours of delivery and we will issue a full refund back to you or send a replacement at no extra cost.
